The year is 2025. There is a hero who can take on any shape and form. Elastic, flexible, but stable at the same time. Incredibly soft and yet incredibly robust. A hero who performs great deeds (usually invisibly) and supports people in their everyday lives in the best possible way. His greatest strength? Invincibility. Hellish heat or Siberian cold, vibrations, poisons, germs or viruses – this hero can withstand anything. And he looks damned good doing it. When product developers dream, designers surpass themselves and we shine, it’s because he exists – our hero: silicone.

Batman and Robin. Silicone and …? Our hero can form a close bond with other material buddies, which opens up completely new design possibilities for designers. Plastics, but also metals, magnets and printed circuit boards can be over-moulded with silicone. This integration of sensors or technical applications in flexible silicone housings expands the huge field of smart devices. As a finish, we score points with innovative surface refinement in any desired colour, in a sophisticated metallic look or with a unique feel. You often don’t realise at first glance that silicone is being used. Hence our image of the invisible hero. We see ourselves as a Bond-like development and technology department. A bit like Q Labs, who get the best out of 007 with cool gadgets and sensational tools. So we come up with a lot of ideas to get silicone in its best shape. Whether it’s “simple” seals in the oven or complex parts consisting of several components, for example for the aviation industry, we produce any silicone moulded part you require – from prototype to series production. We use the LSR (Liquid Silicone Rubber) injection moulding process, HTV (High Temperature Vulcanisation) compression moulding and transfer moulding. In brief: you set us your task and we choose the right technology. We then develop your customised solution and go into series production.

Whether in medical applications such as respiratory masks, in various kitchen utensils, automotive interiors, cosmetics packaging or spa accessories – silicone impresses with its versatility and brilliance.
