Do you want to use silicone? Great - because the material silicone offers a whole range of advantages: Among other things, it is permanently flexible, UV-stable, insensitive to temperature, flame retardant, odourless and tasteless, resistant to organic solvents and biocompatible.
Other, often undesirable, basic properties of silicone are low surface energy, which is why paint and adhesives do not adhere to it and a high coefficient of friction makes the surface vulnerable to dirt and dust.
We offer a variety of surface treatment techniques, for example, to make silicone dust repellent and to prepare it for later modification. Furthermore, we offer you a wide range of surface modifications that we can apply individually to your component. We are pleased to advise you on suitable pretreatment methods for your silicone component for a later optimum interaction between silicone component and coating.

For components made of either solid (HTV) or liquid silicone (LIM or LSR), you can rely on our many years of experience for the planning of the subsequent implementation.
