The combination of silicone with other materials allows new design freedom for the designer and cost savings during assembly. In addition to plastics, metals, magnets or circuit boards can also be overmoulded with silicone.

Our 2K silicone molded parts can be used in many areas.

This includes, for example, the incorporation of connector or housing parts made of PC, as well as PA, with silicone elements. Here you will find our 2K silicone molded parts in flexible membrane switches of control elements for very robust applications.
The technology allows more functionality in less space.

The steadily increasing number of wearables and smart devices requires the integration of sensors, magnetic actuators or even printed circuit boards in flexible silicone housings.

Silcos offers the complete process chain from the feasibility study, to tool production, to serial production. The overmoulding of components provided by the customer, such as sensors and circuit boards, is also possible.

If necessary, the products can then be further enhanced haptically or visually using our surface processes.
