3D design and mould making
We have in-house design with 3D-CAD for the design of your components and the necessary tools. The results are verified and ensured by simulation of the injection processes. Our moulds form the basis for the production of optimum raw parts for subsequent finishing with high quality surfaces. - 2. Injection moulding

We have in-house 3D CAD design for creating virtual models - the basis for optimum product design.
We design the necessary tools for your products and develop the fixtures for the surface finishing processes. The competences for this are ensured by our application engineers and are supported by modern analysis and simulation tools. In this way we have already realised countless ideas for our customers – functional, high quality and economical.
Injection moulding process
We produce sophisticated plastic parts
At our location in Reutlingen, we inject plastic single component parts and multi-component parts with 2k injection moulding. With the complete redevelopment of the process control and not least with the construction of special gating for the injection moulding machines, both you and us benefit from our many years of wide ranging know-how.
Through the use of various injection moulding processes and applications, we also produce complex & technically demanding components.

We act as a system provider and manage components from the task assignment to the prototype up to the series. We support our customers in all phases of the development of series production as well as throughout the entire product life cycle.
Our top priority has always been to deliver maximum quality standards to our customers. For this reason, we have integrated structures, processes, a continuous improvement process (CIP) and regular verifications into the entire process chain.
