Silcos is a specialist in the manufacture and cleaning of technical silicone products such as refined surfaces of silicone and synthetic parts. Components and assembly units for operated input systems round out the repertoire. Our three segments at a glance:

Silicone

Moulded parts, keypads, multi-component products, ColdCuring™

Silcos offers all types of technical silicone products, e.g. manufacture of moulded parts with injected liquid (LSR or LIM) silicone, compression moulding, (solid silicone HTV) or extrusion. Among our core competencies are cleaning with ColdCuring™ and the refinement of moulded parts in our coating division.

Coatings

Activating, printing, coating, laser etching, PVD decoration

• PVD coating of thermoplastic pre-formed parts for decorative and functional uses
• Surface refinement of silicone products to perform the highest tasks - visual and functional - in internal and external areas.

Systems

Components and assembly units for input systems

From feasibility study to serial production of assembly units, particularly for switching applications and MMI systems (man-machine-interface).
